Our Chef, Mr. Tiziano Rossetti obtained the hotel diploma in 1988 and undertook numerous training experiences alongside with famous chefs; Mr. Gino Angelini, executive chef at Grand Hotel Des Bains in Riccione (Italy), Mr. Gianfranco Vissani in Baschi (Italy), Mr. Gualtiero Marchesi in Milan (Italy).

He worked as Sous Chef at the “Rex” restaurant, Los Angeles, USA, “Halkin “hotel, London, UK and “Le Restaurant”,  Colmar, France.He was also teaching chef at ALMA, International School of Italian Cuisine - Colorno (PR) in Italy.
